Description

Tecolote Ranunculus Salmon Bulbs For Sale | Rich Salmon Ranunculus

Warm, welcoming and wonderful, we love the salmon ranunculus. Full, fluffy, salmon-colored flowers are borne on straight stems and framed by soft lacy foliage. This is a hard to find color that has been selectively bred by the specialty growers at the Carlsbad, CA Flower Fields. Beautiful when planted with other pastels.

These Ranunculus bulbs are hardy outdoors in zones 8-11 (for fall planting) but are more than welcome in gardens of cooler regions. In zones 3-7, simply purchase bulbs and keep them in a cool (but not freezing), dry spot until and plant outside in April or May in containers or the garden for a seriously impressive display.

Healthy big roots. One of my favorite companies to order from

The corms look great and a good size. Haven’t planted yet, so can’t comment on how well they sprout and grow.

These are so pretty and great cut flowers

I grew these as annuals in planters this year. I had never grown ranunculus before, and I had some struggles (not the fault of the corms, which are HUGE). The salmon color is a pale peach-pink, and I loved cutting them to bring inside. They last a LONG time after being cut. Unfortunately, I struggled with fungus knats when I started them inside, and then they got hit with powdery mildew outside with an abnormally late wet/cold spell, but I want to grow ranunculus again! Easy to Grow Bulbs does not disappoint!

The Perfect Pale Salmon Color

Tecolote Salmon is one ranunculus that I buy year after year. I've had a few failures, probably because I didn't always use enough compost for these flowers, but the color and form always pull at my heart strings. Easy to Grow Bulbs is one vendor I can always count on to supply this flower. I plant these under my peach colored roses and they look spectacular. In February we have a month of sunshine, so the roses bloom early.
